What happens when I use up my free questions?
The assistant tells you, and nothing else changes: your dogs, your walks and your woofs carry on. You get 10 fresh questions on the first of the month, or Plus raises it to 500.
If Plus lapses, do I lose my dogs?
No. Nothing is deleted, ever. There is no cap on dogs on any plan; you simply go back to the free allowance and monthly recaps.
What does using my own key cost, and who sees my questions?
Your provider bills you at their rates, typically well under a cent a question. Your questions go from Woofline straight to the provider you chose, on your key. We store the key encrypted and never show it, not even to staff.
How do I cancel?
From Plan & billing, in Stripe’s own portal, in two clicks. You keep Plus until the period you paid for ends.
